1. Information We Collect

EventOye collects information you provide directly to us when registering an account, creating a profile, applying for shifts, or communicating in squads. This includes your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and location data (used strictly for venue GPS check-ins).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to facilitate shift discovery, verify attendance at event venues, enable squad communications, process ratings/feedback, and maintain platform security. We do not sell or monetize your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS protocols.

4. Push Notifications

With your permission, EventOye sends push notifications for critical shift updates, squad announcements, and application status changes. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time via your browser or device settings.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your EventOye account and associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Self-Service Deletion: You can initiate account deletion at any time by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account at the bottom of your profile page.
• 30-Day Grace Period: Upon requesting deletion, your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which your profile is deactivated. If you change your mind, you can simply log back in within 30 days to cancel deletion and restore your account.
• Permanent Purge: After 30 days, all associated profile data, selfies, and upload files are permanently removed from our active database and storage servers.
• Email Request: Alternatively, you can email support@eventoye.com to request manual account deletion, which will be processed within 30 days.
